1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using TimeSubmit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use TimeSubmit for personal or commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:
- You may not modify or copy the materials
- You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in TimeSubmit
- You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- You may not transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
3. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
4. Free Plan
TimeSubmit offers a free plan for new users with limited features and capacity. You can upgrade to a paid subscription plan at any time to access additional features and increased limits. No credit card is required to start with the free plan. Paid subscriptions begin immediately upon upgrade.
5. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
6. User Data
You retain all rights to any data, information, or materials you submit through the Service ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, you grant TimeSubmit the right to:
- Store and process your data to provide the Service
- Create backups and ensure data security
- Generate anonymised, aggregated statistics for service improvement
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use TimeSubmit:
- For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- To transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- To harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TimeSubmit and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination. We retain data for 30 days after account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TimeSubmit, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
11. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
